Delivery Information
Momzcradle products are handcrafted and made-to-order in our in-house units in India. Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 working days. For special occasions such as maternity shoots baby showers, travel, or family events, we offer priority delivery. To request this, please contact us at thottilmaternity@gmail.com.

Timing of Delivery
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We do not deliver on Sundays, bank holidays, national holidays, or state-specific holidays. In such cases, delivery will be scheduled for the next working day. In exceptional circumstances such as pandemics, extreme weather conditions, strikes, accidents, or technical issues, delays may occur. We will make every effort to deliver your order as early as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking ID from our courier partner.

Exceptional Cases
Momzcradle reserves the right to withhold delivery if the address provided is considered unsafe, such as a communal postal address. In such cases, you will be notified at the earliest. Incorrect or incomplete address details may also result in non-delivery.

Exchange, Returns and Refunds
We stand by the quality of our products and will work to resolve any concerns you may have. In case of returns due to size mismatch or personal reasons, return courier charges must be borne by the customer. In case of manufacturing defects or damages during transit, Momzcradle will bear the courier charges. Refunds are available only for products with manufacturing defects or transit damage. To be eligible, the product must be shipped back within 48 hours, and the airway bill or tracking number must be provided. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Products must be returned in original condition, unused, with packaging and tags intact. Returns for size exchange or other reasons must be shipped back within 48 hours of receipt, with the tracking number shared. Products received in damaged or altered condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
