Delivery Information

  • Delivery Timelines
    Momzcradle products arehandcrafted and made-to-order. Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 working days. If you need priority delivery for events such as maternity shoots, baby showers, or travel, please email us at thottil.orders@gmail.com
  • Delivery Days
    Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. No deliveries are made on Sundays, bank holidays, or national/state holidays. In exceptional cases such as pandemics, strikes, extreme weather, or unforeseen technical issues, delays may occur. We will always do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.
  • Order Tracking
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a courier tracking ID.
  • Exceptional Cases
    Orders may not be delivered if the address is considered unsafe (for example, a communal postal address) or if incorrect information is provided. In such cases, we will notify you at the earliest.

Exchange, Returns and Refunds

  • General Policy
    We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, we will work to make things right. In case of size mismatch or personal reasons, return courier charges must be borne by the customer. In case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, Momzcradle will bear the courier charges
  • Refunds

  • Exchanges
    For size exchanges or other reasons, products must be returned in original condition, unused, with packaging and tags intact. Returns must be shipped within 48 hours of receipt with tracking details provided. During sales, exchanges are not accepted.
  • Reverse Pickup or Self-Courier
    In some pin codes, reverse pick-up services are not available. In such cases, customers are requested to courier the parcel back to us. Ensure your order number, name, and phone number are mentioned on the parcel, and retain proof of postage with tracking details. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
  • Return Options
    Once your return parcel is received and inspected by our quality control team, you will receive an email confirmation. Based on eligibility, you may opt for an exchange, a store credit, or a refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect. In cases of manufacturing defects, full refunds including shipping costs will be provided.
